In choosing the right starting programme for you please take into account:

- Energy & Metabolism: If you suffer from poor energy levels when 'dieting' it's because you are not feeding your body enough. The Core Nutrition in all our programmes will ensure this does not happen but sometimes you need to kickstart your metabolism into gear.

- Hunger & Appetite Control: Are you a snacker? This is the downfall of many good intentions! Again, ensuring you have enough protein in your daily diet will help with hunger pangs. Also ensure you are drinking at least 2 litres of water a day!
